BBI3223 Approaches to Reading and Writing (Week 1)

Reading and writing, which one comes first. Do your reading inspire your writing or your writing inspire your reading? I'm not quite sure about you who is reading this, but hey, we are told to read more in order to produce a better masterpiece ranging from essay questions (which I love the most cuz I get to write all sorts of story :D) to reports (I hate the most, lol).

Anyway, this is my very first blog ever. I've read many blogs in my entire life but never try to write one, because I'm not hardworking in writing about my life or my thoughts hahaha. So erm, let us begin shall we?
Reflection on BBI3223 Approaches to Reading and Writing (week 1)
First class, what stroke me the most was the Chinese writing on 山 and 安. As a Chinese, I was never exposed to the earliest Chinese handwriting. It was quite interesting for me. Also the others earliest Somalians handwriting as well.
Also, like what Dr. Ikhlas (our lecturer) asked, is your reading inspiring your writing or your writing inspire your reading, or even speaking. Well, it can be all sort of ways depending on how you learn or exposed to English language. For me, listening inspire my writing the most as I listen to how people said things and all. If you realized, my writing in this blog are more like speaking style and not academic writing or standard writing (you name it). So ya, listening inspire my writing the most.
Well, I'm looking forward to know more on reading and writing! Then, I can share what I learned next time. Sharing is caring!
